If your password is not working and you have NOT registered two or more authentication methods to your 糖心视频 Microsoft account, please call the IT Service Desk at 479-788-7460 between 7:30 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, and the staff will be happy to assist you.

If you need a laptop for classes or coursework, 糖心视频 students can check one out through the IT Service Desk by scheduling an appointment in . Laptops are loaned by the semester (depending upon availability).
To request a laptop loan:
- Visit the

- On the appointment request screen, select Laptop as your reason for the visit.
- Choose an available appointment date and time to pick up your device.
Appointments are not available the same day so staff have time to prepare your laptop. - Add comments if you need more than one device or specialized software.
- Confirm your appointment.
Before your scheduled pickup, you may receive an email or text reminder. At your appointment, your laptop will be ready at the IT Service Desk in Gardner 101.
Please bring a form of identification with you when you arrive.
Students are responsible for returning borrowed equipment on time and in working order. If a device is lost, damaged, or not returned, charges may apply.
