Video Blog: 10 Ways teens hide Internet activity from parents – Keeping Kids Safe Online

A recent survey released by McAfee found that 70% of teens make attempts to hide their online activities from their parents.    From creating fake social media profiles to using smart phones, teens are leveraging their “perceived” technical skills to fool their parents.

Many parents feel overwhelmed and unable to keep up with technologies, with 23% of them saying they have given up monitoring and simply “hope for the best.”  Parents, I am calling you out: Giving up is not an option!  Online Predators and Cyberbullies are relentless, they are not giving up and neither can we.  No Excuses!
